This Inservice covers how to better care for an individual exhibiting behavior problems in nursing homes. It provides thorough descriptions of the most common conditions seen in long term care, depression, dementia and delirium, the most prominent triggers of problem behavior in LTC settings,  fundamental principles of managing problem behaviors, and recommended interventions for many, specific behavioral challenges.
